About Me

Welcome to my website! My name is Juju Ratana. I am a licensed real estate agent and a Realtor® in Redmond, Washington, where I love, live and raise my two boys

 

I am a fun and compassionate person growing up in a family of four children. I am the youngest daughter among two brothers and one sister. My parents own a construction business and have been big-time real estate investors. I originally came from Thailand, the land of smile. When my husband and I visited Seattle in 2005, we both fell in love with this city right on the very first day. This city has so much to offer; mountains, water, lakes, pine trees, trails and cascades, not to mention all the outdoor activities that you can enjoy doing here. If you are reading my bio while deciding whether or not you should move to Seattle, I encourage you to pay the city a visit and be prepared to fall in love with it.

I am a big believer in families and happiness. When I was young, I dreamt to become an architect. I succeed in enrolling myself to the architectural school from the top university in Thailand. The only slight difference was that my major was in Landscape Architecture, where I learned and grew my love for plants and forests. Afterwards, I received my master degree in Art, major in digital arts and worked with a well-known firm called Advertising dot com. (Baltimore, MD 2000)

 

I always have a passion for home design and decorations. Moreover, I’ve been a real estate investor myself for over 12 years. Real estate intrigued me in so many aspects. Besides real estate, I enjoy seeing friends and families around me being successful and happy. I’ve volunteered to help in school as PTA in many positions. After extensive considerations, I came to the conclusion that there is one profession that I can put together all my passions and knowledge to bring value to people, a real estate agent. 

 

I am a licensed real estate professional in the Washington area. I am a member of Northwest Multiple Listing Services® (NWMLS), one of the largest multiple listing services in the US. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtor® (NAR), or what’s called a “Realtor®”. Not every real estate agent are realtor®. As a realtor®, I hold more than 25 article Code of Ethics*.  With NAR required membership yearly fee, it is mandatory that their realtor® must keep current of educations and conducts. This differentiates me from other agents who can discount themselves with much lower fee without having to pay for their educational upkeep. 

 

I don’t like a sale person. Who does? I take pride in who I am and what I do in a real estate professional. Eventhough I tell people I sell houses, I am not a sale person. Instead, I help people navigate through rough water to make the important decision of their lives. And I work incredibly hard to do what it takes to make that happen!

 

Everyone knows a couple of real estate agents or more. But not everyone knows a heartfelt and trustworthy one. I believe that you can tell a lot about people when you meet and talk with them.
