I provide a free one-hour consultation for both buyers and sellers. We can meet in-person or virtually through zoom meeting. In this one-hour, I'll walk you through the home buying/home selling process step-by-step and explain to you of all the parties involved in transactions. For the first time home buyer, I'll provide you information to transform you from the home buying rookie to the home buying expert in no time!
Real Estate Guidance
The above-and-beyond services I provide my client will rest assure you that your real estate transaction will be exclusively taken care of. I'll be your go-to person for the whole process from the beginning until the finish line. Clear communications among all parties throughout the process are my key to success.
Prepare Your Home for Sale
As a listing agent, I'm using my architectural expertise to assist you in successfully selling your house. Creating the first impression is vital. Professional home staging, professional photographer, professional cleaning, and other services will take place before I list your beautiful home to expose in markets. Part of the services mentioned is included in my fee. Contact me for more detail.
Contract & Negotiation
Licensed real estate agent is allowed to write a contract by filling in the blank forms and prepare a contract for their clients in a real estate transaction. As your agent, I'll prepare a real estate contract for you and explain to you what you are binding yourself into. Besides familiarize yourself to the contract, I will also show you the additional addenda that protect your earnest money in case of any hiccups. You will not be obligated to buy the house if you can't get a loan with the right addendum added.
My other main duty to my clients is that I will be negotiating to the other party on your behalf for your best interest regardless of which party I am with. Your success is my achievement!
Closing companion
Finally, the closing day approaches! Closing date is a very exciting day, yet a nervous one. I will accompany you on the signing table at the escrow or any selected location. To have someone by your side on the big day makes you feel at ease. The process of signing the closing document takes about one hour. And I will surely be with you every step of the process.
Key Delivery
In-person home key delivery is exclusively included in my service. No better time to congratulate the new homeowner than the handing-the-key moment! You are now a new owner of your home. I can't be any happier. And I hope your experience with my service is memorable!
